Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
We strive to deliver pure, fresh, and high-quality oils (coconut, groundnut, sunflower) to your doorstep. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaking product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the product delivered is different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Policy
- Due to the perishable and consumable nature of edible oils, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
- Unopened and sealed products may be returned only if they were delivered incorrectly or damaged during transit.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging and seal.
- Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.
