Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
We strive to deliver pure, fresh, and high-quality oils (coconut, groundnut, sunflower) to your doorstep. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaking product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Wrong Product Delivered: If the product delivered is different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of edible oils, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
Unopened and sealed products may be returned only if they were delivered incorrectly or damaged during transit.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging and seal.
Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.
